A fifth-generation Central Coast California native, Rebecca Lilley enjoys assisting attorneys in their success. She is a graduate from UC-Davis in Policy Analysis and Planning and UC-Santa Barbara’s ABA-certified paralegal program. Rebecca holds a private investigator license, a notary commission and over 16 years of experience. She has worked in criminal law, as a police officer, special education law at Atascadero Unified School District and in civil ligation law as a legal assistant and paralegal for plaintiff and defense firms.
Rebecca founded Axis Paralegal in 2017 to provide on-demand paralegal discovery and trial support services to the legal community.
Rebecca serves on the Board of the Central Coast Paralegal Association as one of the CAPA Directors, along with Ellen Houser.
