CCPA has partnered with Archer Hall to present to you this free MCLE entitled, Digital Evidence in Intellectual Property Theft Cases. This CLE will teach how IP theft is committed, who commits it, and when this occurs. We will discuss the digital trail left behind and how forensic analysis can reveal what really happened. This activity is approved by the State Bar for 1 hour of credit towards the Minimum Continuing Legal Education requirements.
