LAWYERS AND STRESS

Stress can contribute to both mental illness and substance abuse, issues which many lawyers will struggle with.  Katherine Schwinghammer’s presentation will cover common causes of stress, ways to avoid it, and strategies to neutralize stress when you’re suffering from it. The presentation will include activities, strategies, and tools we can all use to counteract stress.

Additionally, meditation practitioner Vibay Chandran will give a live demonstration of stress reduction techniques, including a guided meditation, we can all employ even as we sit at our computers.
