Nancy has worked in the legal field for over 25 years. She obtained her Paralegal Certificate from UCSB Extension in 1991 and California Real Estate Salesperson License in 2007.
She lived in Santa Barbara most of her life working as a freelance paralegal, managing real estate investment properties and volunteering for several non-profit organizations, while raising three children.
Nancy has lived in San Luis Obispo for the past two years and has recently been working at Diehl & Rodewald, a firm that specializes in Real Estate and Corporate Law. She has previously worked in civil litigation, criminal defense, and medical malpractice defense firms in addition to some private investigation work.
Hobbies include oil painting, mountain bike riding, snow skiing, kayaking, and trail running.
Nancy’s non-profit experience included coordinating fundraising events for End of Life Care, Sarah House in Santa Barbara and Lil Orphan Hammies, a pig rescue in Buellton.
