Hall Hieatt Connely & Bowen, LP, a fast paced civil litigation firm seeks full time Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience who is in compliance with B&P 6450. Must have strong knowledge of all phases of litigation, discovery, and trial procedures. Responsibilities will include ability to review and summarize discovery and medical records. Competent in drafting and responding to discovery, document management, preparation of subpoenas and calendaring. Additionally, knowledge with scheduling of depositions, coordination of all details before and during trial, including research, document filing, and preparation of trial subpoenas for experts and witnesses. Must be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent writing skills and able to multi-task and work under pressure. Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word , State, Federal and local Court Rules procedures and deadlines. Communication, organization and detail-oriented skills a must. Salary is commensurate upon experience.
