Speaker: Angela Jae Chun, Attorney

This webinar will explore the do’s and don’ts in discovery.

Angela Jae Chun is a trial lawyer and the owner of the Law Office of Angela Jae Chun, a plaintiff’s law firm committed to providing people who have suffered injury or loss with quality and ethical legal representation. Angela provides client-focused, skilled advocacy for people against insurance companies and/or corporations. She has a multi-faceted practice representing only plaintiffs in serious personal injury, products liability, employment, maritime, and wildfire cases in both state and federal court. Angela does the work and fights hard to obtain justice for her clients.

Angela’s firm is uniquely situated. She has the skill and financial fortitude to represent individuals against major corporate defendants to trial. She also has the expertise and respect of other attorneys and law firms to collaborate when necessary on mass tort wildfire and other consumer violation cases against corporations that cause harm to more than one person.

Born and raised in Central California, Angela is the daughter of South Korean immigrants who moved to the United States in pursuit of the American dream in 1975. She is a proud second-generation Korean-American who learned the true meaning of hard work from her parents. Angela always knew she was going to be a lawyer. She graduated from UC San Diego in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and an emphasis in Public Law and a minor in Law and Society. She earned her law degree from California Western School of Law in 2006.

The Legal Specialization Sections are programs of Legal Professionals, Incorporated, an approved provider, and certify that this seminar has been approved for One (1) hour of Participatory MCLE credit by the State Bar of California.
