My Ex Hacked Me! Stalking in Family Law Cases
This CLE explores the reality of hacking/stalking cases. You’ll learn how most stalking is not from the hacking of a device, but from shared accounts or devices. We’ll explore often overlooked areas of stalking, and how you can work with your client to shut it down. Finally, you’ll learn the most cost effective ways of utilizing an expert witness to prove stalking has occurred. This activity is approved by the State Bar for 1 hour of credit towards the Minimum Continuing Legal Education requirements.
